Kjos music has released my latest work for string orchestra, Joy and Jubilation! Listed at grade 4, it's ideal for high school programs and up. The piece was selected for the Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic new orchestra music reading session.

I was pleased to learn that my new piece for beginner string orchestra was selected as a J.W. Pepper “Editors' Choice!” 

I wrote Bringing to Light shortly after my editor at Kjos asked if I had ever written anything for beginner level strings. And I hadn't, but I asked if I could try! This piece was the result, and after composing we collaborated on choosing a name. You just never know how a new piece may come into the world!
