I have signed up to join another crowdsourcing platform, BuyMeACoffee. It's similar to Patreon in some ways, but with more flexibility. Patreon is a monthly subscription, BuyMeACoffee has that ability (which I am not using), but is more for one-time donations. In addition, I can sell "extras," which for me will include discounted sheet music that I publish, online composition lessons at a discounted rate, stuff like that. People can support or simply follow with no financial obligation or commitments.
